As a member of the Call Center team, you'll handle customer service calls from doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other health care providers. Providing quotes on member eligibility, explaining medical and/or dental benefits, and checking claims status are just a few of the ways you'll assist our customers.
This role contributes to the success of the company for they are the first line of employees that provides assistance to the clients of Anthem.
Applicants may get to enjoy their application at the comforts of their own home until the day of their training wherein applicants may be asked to report on-site, or have the option to temporarily work from home given that required bandwidth is already existing from the applicant.
Training is provided by the Learning and Development department of the company wherein the first 3 days of the employee is dedicated to learn about the company.
