Job Description

• Work closely with our Fraud Team to do end to end the manual investigation and fraud monitoring
• Help to analyze new customer processes and policies also help to review documentation for new customers' account
• Help to review and analyze user sentiments and comments harvested from public sources and surveys
• Be responsible for the curation of marketplace content to ensure the quality as well as the legitimacy of the listings in marketplace, Shopee Mall, Feed posts, and Live Stream videos
• Ensure compliance with Intellectual Property (IP) laws based on brand complaints and the authenticity of listings in the marketplace
• Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues

Requirements

• Open for all final year students from any major with a bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates with no / less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
• Able to commence a full-time internship by January 2022 for minimum 3 months
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detailed oriented
• Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills / SQL will be advantageous
